This year, Tmall Double 11 created a new sales record. The students of the Department of Economics and Management of our school also created a new record. In the double 11 customer service actual course jointly carried out with the company, on November 11th, 57 students achieved a total sales of 5.17 million yuan. Received high praise from the company.

This activity is a brand new attempt in the development of our practical courses. During the preparation and conduct of the competition, the school leaders and various functional departments gave high attention and support to the activities. Our teachers and students showed great enthusiasm and high level of professionalism.

Since the preparatory period in September, the Department of Economics and Management has carried out a lot of preparatory work for the development and implementation of the project. Due to conflicts with the internship time of the fair, mobilization and selection began in mid-to-late September. And with the company to develop a student training, induction program. After the National Day holiday in October, the internship students of the fair will enter the store and our double 11 training will be launched at the same time. After half a month of theoretical study and on-line practice, our classmates have mastered the basic requirements of Tmall flagship store customer service. During the training period, we also organized classmates to visit the company and experience the working environment and corporate culture. The students have expressed a lot of gains.

After entering November, the activities of the Double 11 were fully launched. The pressure on our classmates has gradually increased, and our classmates have been working in an orderly manner under the guidance of business instructors. At the same time, the workplace was quietly arranged, and the school's training room turned into a double 11 battlefield. On November 10th, the Double 11 began to count down. The directors and school leaders of the cooperative enterprises also deliberately visited our students at the workplace to cheer for our classmates.

As the hour hand enters the 11th, the order is swarming, watching the fast-moving numbers on the big screen, breaking through 1 million in 1 minute; breaking 10 million in 5 minutes, bursting with cheers in the audience, all The atmosphere reached its climax. All the classmates were full of energy and were able to handle all kinds of guests and orders quickly, and they couldn’t stop talking. The high spirits completely forgot that it was already early in the morning. This state continued until after 2 o'clock in the morning. As the flow of shoppers slowly decreased, we asked our classmates to go offline, but they still insisted on the work on their hands before they left...

At 8 o'clock in the morning, this day was originally a weekend. It was a day of rest and sleep, but for our classmates, this day has only one meaning: it is double 11. Although we only slept for 5 hours, we have to start fighting again. On the same day, our principals also went to the scene to understand the situation and condolences to the students. All of our classmates have been working until the end of 23:59 on the 11th, and in the early hours of the 12th our classmates are still processing the remaining questions and orders. From the afternoon of the 10th to the early morning of the 12th, we have been fighting for 30 hours. In these two days, we are no longer ordinary students of the national travel, we are warriors, fighting in the battlefield of the double 11!

The double 11 crowd has receded, but our work is not over yet. We still have classmates sticking to their posts. Double 11 generates a large number of orders, and subsequent work and guest issues need to be properly resolved. Our classmates will work until the end of November.

After this different double 11, it provided our students with a very rare learning opportunity, and the students also withstood the high work intensity and pressure. In this practical course, our classmates have got a very good opportunity to exercise, regardless of theoretical knowledge, practice level or will exercise.
